About these terms

Cliendra Nails is provided by Bryn Morgan, sole trader, trading as "Cliendra". By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Early access

Cliendra Nails is free during early access and is still being built, so features will be added and may change. If we ever decide to charge, we will tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand, and you can leave and take your data with you.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and use Cliendra Nails for your business.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

Your data

The information you add belongs to you. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to hold your clients' information. We only use it to provide the service, as explained in our privacy notice. You can ask us for a copy or for it to be deleted at any time.

Fair use

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, and don't try to access anyone else's account or data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Availability

We work hard to keep Cliendra Nails running and your data safe, but during early access we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, because the service is free during early access, our total liability to you is limited to £100.

Leaving

You can stop using Cliendra Nails at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@cliendra.com.

Changes and law

We'll tell you by email about any important changes to these terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
